1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and phdun Casino ("phdun," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phdun online casino platform located at https://phdun.cam and all associated services, mobile applications, and software (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, accessing the phdun website, downloading our mobile application, or using any Service provided by phdun, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease all use of the Service and refrain from creating an account.

• Single Account: You may maintain only one (1) account with phdun. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances, winnings, and bonuses.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be currently self-excluded from gambling activities with phdun or any other PAGCOR-licensed operator. If you have previously self-excluded, you must wait until the exclusion period expires before reopening or creating a new account.

phdun reserves the right to request identification documents, proof of address, payment method verification, and other documentation to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within seven (7) business days may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access phdun's gaming services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly should any changes occur.

During registration, you will create login credentials consisting of a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized or unauthorized.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service;

phdun is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. You are fully responsible for all transactions and activity conducted through your account.

3.3 Account Verification

phdun is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all users before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and payment method verification (bank statement or e-wallet screenshot).

phdun reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend account functionality until verification is completed. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until account verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phdun accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), and major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.

4.2 Deposit Processing

GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed instantly. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days to reflect in your account balance depending on your bank's processing times. phdun is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Deposit Fees

phdun does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider or bank may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third parties.

4.4 Deposit Limits

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings as part of our responsible gaming commitment. Once set, deposit limits can be decreased immediately but increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified with all required documentation submitted and approved;
• You must have met all wagering requirements associated with any active bonus;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name;

5.3 Withdrawal Fees

phdun does not charge withdrawal fees for GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfers. However, your payment provider may impose receiving fees. You are responsible for any third-party fees.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and PAGCOR regulations, phdun reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for large or unusual withdrawal patterns. Withdrawals may be delayed pending AML review.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

phdun offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers to eligible players. Bonus eligibility and terms are specified in the promotion's terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before converting it to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

phdun strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players, using automated betting systems, or engaging in irregular gameplay patterns designed to exploit bonuses. phdun reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and suspend accounts engaged in bonus abuse.

6.4 Bonus Forfeiture

Requesting a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the active bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable and serve only to generate wagering activity.

7. Gameplay Rules and Game Integrity

7.1 Fair Gaming Commitment

All games offered by phdun use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested by accredited testing laboratories. phdun does not manipulate game outcomes and operates under strict PAGCOR oversight to ensure fair and transparent gaming.

7.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure, all affected bets and payouts are void. phdun will refund the stakes of voided bets to affected players. phdun is not liable for losses arising from game malfunctions.

7.3 Betting Limits

Each game and table has minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. phdun reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice.

7.4 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are subject to additional rules displayed in the live dealer interface. Inappropriate conduct, abuse of dealers, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the game and potential account suspension.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, providing false identification, or engaging in any form of fraud or deception;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker games;
• Automated Play: Using bots, automated betting software, or any third-party tools to play games on your behalf;

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities where applicable.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by phdun

phdun reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms or any other phdun policy;
• Suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to complete account verification within the required timeframe;
• Breach of responsible gaming self-exclusion or deposit limits;
• At the sole discretion of phdun management for business or regulatory reasons.

Upon suspension, you will not be able to access your account, place bets, or withdraw funds pending investigation. If the suspension is lifted, your account will be reinstated. If termination is confirmed, any remaining balance (excluding forfeited bonuses or winnings obtained through prohibited activities) will be returned to you.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request permanent account closure by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be paid out to you, and your account will be permanently closed. Reopening a closed account is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, phdun, its parent company, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service;
• Unauthorized access to your account or data;
• Technical failures, software errors, or game malfunctions;
• Loss of winnings, deposits, or bonuses due to account suspension or termination;
• Third-party payment processor delays or failures;
• Interruptions in service due to maintenance, updates, or force majeure events.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using the Service and close your account. In no event shall phdun's total liability to you exceed the amount of your account balance at the time of the claim.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

phdun reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the phdun website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any modifications, you must cease using the Service and close your account.

12.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila for any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Service.
